갤러리게임(이하 "본 앱")은 사용자의 스마트폰 사진첩에 저장된 사진을 활용하여 이상형월드컵, 순서나열퀴즈, 장소맞추기, 순위정하기 등의 게임을 제공하는 애플리케이션입니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관하는지 설명합니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

가) 사진 및 EXIF 정보

  • 사용자가 앱 설정에서 선택한 사진 폴더에 한해 사진 파일 및 EXIF 메타데이터(촬영 시각, 위경도 등)에 접근합니다.
  • 위치 정보는 원본 좌표 그대로 저장되지 않으며, 시/군 단위의 지역명으로 변환되어 게임 콘텐츠 생성에만 사용됩니다.
📌 사진 및 EXIF 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내부(로컬 저장소)에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 정보의 보관 및 제3자 제공

5. 이용자의 권리

6. 만 13세 미만 아동에 대하여

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동으로부터 직접 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 본 앱의 설치 및 조작 주체는 보호자(성인)이며, 아동이 직접 계정을 생성하거나 개인정보를 입력하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.

1. Overview

Gallery Game ("the App") uses photos stored on the user's device to provide game modes such as photo tournaments, chronological ordering quizzes, location-guessing games, and ranking games. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.

a) Photos and EXIF Data

  • The App accesses photo files and EXIF metadata (timestamp, GPS coordinates) only from folders the user selects in the App's settings.
  • Raw GPS coordinates are never stored; location data is converted into general place names (city/county level) and used solely to generate game content.

4. Data Storage and Third-Party Sharing

Photos and EXIF data are stored exclusively on the user's device and are never sent to or shared with any third party, including the developer. However, advertising identifiers and related data may be shared with Google AdMob to enable ad services.

5. User Rights

  • Users may change which photo folders are used, or exclude specific regions, at any time in the App's settings.
  • Users may revoke photo access permission at any time via device settings (note: this may limit the App's core functionality).
  • Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data (cache and database).

6. Children Under 13

The App does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. The App is intended to be installed and operated by a parent or guardian, and does not provide any feature for a child to create an account or submit personal information directly.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of their data.
